I'm not sure how to log into my PC.

  • Faculty/Staff:  You will need to use your HOKIES username and password combination to log into any of the department Windows computers. If you do not have a HOKIES account, you can follow these directions to obtain one. Once you have completed these steps, you will now be able to login to the compters. Please let us know when you have done this so we can give you all the proper access to everything the department has to offer.
  • Students:  If you do not have a CNTRLSRVS or HOKIES account, you will need to get one created. Some of our students have been entered into Banner as employees, so first check and see if you can create a HOKIES account by following these directions. If you are able to create a HOKIES account, then use this to log into the computers. Please let us know when you have done this so we can give you all the proper access to everything the department has to offer. If you were not able to create this type of account, then you will need to get yoru faculty or staff member that you work for to send us and email with your name and PID and we will will create you a CNTRLSRVS account.
