Registration guidelines:

It is time to register for Myxo 2009! Please fill out the registration form and email it to Manli Davis at manliyd@vt.edu by June 1.

In addition, you must reserve a hotel room by June 5 using this link on the front page.

The registration cost is $650 per person for double room occupancy and $850 per person for single room occupancy. The cost covers the following:

1. Meals for dinner on July 5 through box lunch on July 8.

2. Hotel rooms for three nights from July 5 through July 7 (Reserve here).

3. Meeting registration

June 5 is the last day for payment. Please send your check payable to "Treasurer, Virginia Tech, Myxo 2009" to

For those who wish to stay extra nights, rooms are available at a special rate of $110 per night, but please check with the hotel for availability and payment. Special arrangements can be made for your guests who wish to stay at the hotel and/or have meals with meeting attendees. It is expected that meeting attendees will stay at the Westin Waltham-Boston due to contractual obligations.
