  1. The role of fungi in invasive and chronic respiratory disorders including asthma, allergic rhinitis, and chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS)
  2. Molecular immunobiology of allergens and other proinflammatory proteins from fungi
  3. Alternaria genome sequencing, annotation, and development of database platforms
  4. Hormone-protein interactions including human and plant systems with a particular emphasis on NSAID allergy
