UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS IN BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

Scholarship applications are accepted from October to January each academic year for scholarships awarded for the next academic year. The current scholarship deadline is January 22, 2021.

All Biological Sciences scholarship applications are submitted through Scholarship Central.  To apply for a scholarship, please visit https://vt.academicworks.com/opportunities to complete the General Application and the College of Science application.  Once you complete these applications the Biological Sciences application will appear in the

Recommended Opportunities section, or you can navigate to the Biological Sciences application using this link: https://vt.academicworks.com/opportunities/26915

As you can tell by reading the scholarship descriptions below, some have very specific selection criteria. Completing all components of the application (personal statement, resume, letter of recommendation, question check boxes, and FAFSA) will ensure that you will be considered for all scholarships for which you are eligible.

Please direct all questions and concerns to Mary Lipscomb.
